        NOTES
     NOTES : This is one of the least strenuous treks we have done. Expect
     about 11 miles of fairly level trail to the base camp.  From base camp you
     can fish and participate in day hikes to various sites. Then after a week,
     walk 11 miles of easy trail back out.
	
     If you want to do this, talk to Mr. Bispo as soon as possible
