         NOTES :  Mr. Bispo goes to the races almost every Saturday night.
                  He is almost always willing to lead a troop or patrol outing.
                  All you need is at least one scout and a second adult.

                  Let Mr. Bispo know what saturday you're interested in,
                  and give him enough advance notice to file a tour permit.
